Aphrodite Art School invites you to Master the Masters — a playful, art‑history‑meets-paint-and-sip workshop series where we dive headfirst into the lives, scandals, obsessions and creative genius of history’s most iconic artists.
This is not dry textbook art history. This is the juicy stuff they left out.
Across four monthly workshops, you’ll explore a different master artist each session, learn the fascinating (and sometimes chaotic) stories behind their work, and be guided to create your own artwork inspired by their distinctive style — all in a relaxed, supportive and delightfully unpretentious environment.
What to Expect
• A deep (and deliciously entertaining) dive into one iconic artist per session
• The hidden stories, controversies, muses and moments that shaped their work
• Guided painting sessions inspired by each artist’s signature techniques and visual language
• A warm, encouraging space that welcomes beginners and experienced artists alike
• A relaxed, social atmosphere — bring your favourite drink and snacks and settle in
Think: learning, laughing, painting, sipping — and leaving with a finished artwork you’re proud of.

May 15 — Claude MonetLight, atmosphere and the poetry of the everyday. We’ll explore impressionist techniques and the magic of colour and mood.
June 26 — Georgia O’KeeffeStrength, sensuality and modern femininity. A deep dive into form, scale and the quiet power of her iconic style.
